WHY?

Hello Reece' Pieces
Goodbye!
We said Goodbye to Tinkerbell, our dog for a couple of weeks, she ended up not liking Matt and turned on him. So, we said farewell, we weren't really sad. I hadn't developed a bond with her. I didn't really like her, but Matt and Colton did. So, that is why we got her. So, we also got rid of our fish to a good home that really wanted them. I was just tired of them taking up so much room. So goodbye Tigger! It was kinda hard to see Tigger leave, I had him ever since he was a baby goldfish. But, he will be enjoyed by a new family.

WE ARE STILL ALIVE
I know don't fall over and croak, but I'm actually writing on my blog. Not much though, cause I don't have a lot of time. Let's try to recap the last 4 months. Colton turned 3 in September, we had a birthday party with both sets of Grandparents. I turned 36 in Novemeber. It was a fun day with the family. We had Thanksgiving, Mom had suregery three days before. So, I fixed the Thanksgiving meal, it was quite different not having mom right there helping me. But it turned out well. We got a Yorkie puppy, her name is Reece. She's really cute and Colton loves her to death. She was about 10 weeks old when we got her. Then we had a wonderful Christmas. Matt got laid off about two weeks before Christmas, which totally stunk. But, onward and upward. While Matt was hanging Christmas lights, he fell with the ladder and landed on me, which in turn led me to knee surgery in January. I'm still recovering with Physical Therapy, and it still gives me problems here and there. But all in all it's getting better. Matt got a new job starting on Feb. 14th at Discover Financial in Salt Lake City. So, he stays with his mom and dad during the week and is home on the weekends. It's not too bad. We are just so greatful he has a job again. As for now, we are not going to sell our home, we love it so much and have great plans for it, but we will see what the Lord has in store. We have had lots of snow and cold weather.
Colton is still trying to get potty training down, or should I say, trying to get the desire to want to do it. He knows how, just doesn't want to. No matter what his consequences are. I don't know what to do with him. Oh, well, it's a good thing he is cute. So, still potty training Colton and Reece. What a fun time!!
